The FanCoachwebsite and software application (the “Application”) is owned and operated by BrandHoot LLC (“BrandHoot”) and its licensors and third-party technology contractors. BrandHoot is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the Website and Application. This Privacy Policy states the BrandHoot practices applying to all users of the Website and Application.

Information We Collect

The Website and Application require users to have a user account linked to a Facebook account. All users must use Facebook Connect to provide access to the desired Facebook account, using a Facebook login and password. In connecting to Facebook we collect the personal data from your public social network profile that you used for registration with Facebook. We may have access to certain other information in your account based upon your Facebook privacy settings. Except as specifically stated below, we will not provide the personal information you provide to establish an account, including that accessed through your Facebook profile (“Personal Information”) to any third parties without your express consent.
